National Review: “Confederate Nullification” Is “Xenophobic, Nativist, and Racist”

The ideal of states rights, including the use of nullification of federal laws, has been offered as commentary topic in many publications. A recent article in the National Review is dissected against the ideas set forth in the U.S. Constitution to show that the founders would agree with the practice of conservative state and city nullification of federal immigration laws with which those citizens do not agree.
